Sharing Internet Over LAN

Hello,

I have a Computer with two LAN Cards; one is connected to connected to Broadband and another LAN Card is connected to LAN Router) . e have sixteen computers (each marked Serial No 1 to 16) on LAN without individual IP Address. Now I want to share the Broadband of Computer to Computer Serial No 15). Can we, then what is the requirement and how will it be done, please help us. We are a Exservicemen Organisation
