Question

Hello, I am unable to access the internet on my desktop.  I can on my netbook. When I try to log on it takes me to what should be my home page. It shows the toolbar but I can't open anything. I have an HP with windows XP it's about 3 years old. It seems to be only the internet that freezes. 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0
