Hello,
hey I was playing the sims 3 for awhile and all of a sudden the screen turns to 3 colrs and is small !it says the ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionally. The next time you reboot the machine a dialog will be displayed giving you a chnace to upload this failure to microsoft! the my video card is called intel r 82945g express chipset famiily I tried updating but it keeps saying I already have the latest update! I have windows xp proffesional 200 my I can't find a higher update ! for it my regular one is 6.14.10.4229! please help thankyou !

Hello Delaine,
Perhaps that the driver you have now got corrupted. Don't try to update it but replace it with a fresh copy.
If it still fails, your graphic card may be fried.

I mean installing a fresh copy of the driver.
i don't kno much about computers?so I wouldn't kno how to do that could yu explain to me please thankQ very much!:)

You go to the Intel download website, find your driver and download it.
