Plz help me to do the below requirement

Current situation

sheet one

PTS         invoice#   status   amount   proc.date
12345    456           60          $5           04/06/2012
12346    654           90          $10          08/06/2012
12347    754           100        $199        12/06/2012

Requirement

convert only below given required column in sheet two

PTS        status  Proc.date
12345     60       04/06/2012
12346     90        08/06/2012
12347     100      12/06/2012

There are few ways of doing this.  Do you want a macro?  Do you want just a formula?  Do you always know which columns your are copying to Sheet 2?
