Hello,
i hav a trojan brisv alinf i have run the removal tool from symantec and then done a rescan of pc but norton still says i have the trojan brisv virus but there removal tool says i dont is this possible and what can i do to get rid of this pest

Did you run the tool in "Safe Mode".
