Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on the below link and download the file
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Update it and perform "Full Scan".
After the completion of "Full Scan" --> Click on "Show Results" --> Click on
"Remove Selected" --> Restart your PC.
2) Click on the below link and follow the instructions given under "Diagnosis"

We went to the site you indicated but there the link to download the solution does not work and we have this message :
"Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator ".
