Computer game applications do not run.

Hello,

I am a person who just had my parental controls unlocked. However, when i try to run the game applications, they just refuse to run. Other apps such as google chrome and microsoft word work fine. My service provider for the controls is the extremely glitchy windows live family safety. Does it have something to do with it or is there something i have missed? Thanks
