Computer game applications do not run.

Hello,

I am a person who just had my parental controls unlocked. However, when i try to run the game applications, they just refuse to run. Other apps such as google chrome and microsoft word work fine. My service provider for the controls is the extremely glitchy windows live family safety. Does it have something to do with it or is there something i have missed? Thanks

Hi,

I suggest that the antivirus suite be uninstalled and reinstalled without parental control.

i think your parental control is not fully unlocked thats why wwhen it comes to install any thing in registry it refuse to run.
