                    "Threed32.ocx is a file used by "Sheridon 3D controls" to help load up a large number of important 3D settings for your PC. Despite the file being a highly important component of many 3D games, etc - it's still causing a large number of problems for your computer, due mainly to the way it will become missing or damaged."
Might want to try downloading THREED32.OCX somewhere and placing it inside System32. (Wouldn't really recommend that tbh.)
Or maybe reinstalling the program that causes the problem, in case THREED32.OCX came with the installation of that program.
