Hello, dear Zohaib Bhai
i want to say that i have Dell Dimension8250 with better configuration but still my pc doesn't work when i use skype i have also 1mb speed of my net connection
i have used skype new version and direct X and updated window version but no response
so please do something suggest me some new or better
i am looking for your ans....

Check the below mentioned link, especially the Quick Start Guide, and see if anything is missing during the initial setup:
