Hello,

My Windows XP professional is showing this message after re-installing windows also. I disable the task manager with using gpedit, but it is not working. only one time it opens task manager next time onwards again it shows the same error message. At the same time i can't access regedit also. I am unable to install antivirus software or any other application software's. So i can't virus scan my computer. Please help me how to solve this problem.
