I need to replace jpg description with a number

Hello,
I have thousands of jpgs that are named by a product description, like Beltwayjacketblack.jpg, and I need to replace jpg description with a part number.
My excel sheet has the full description in column A like: Icon One Thousand Beltway Motorcycle Jacket Resin Black Size Small. In column B is the part number: 2820-2513. I want excel to look in column A, match the jpg description with the full description, then put the part number next to the jpgs column.
Then I need to, somehow, batch change all the file names for the jpgs. Thanks for any and all help!
