Have to update data from one sheet to other sheet automatically

Hello,

I have four excel sheets , in which some field names are similar.
When i update a common field in one sheet i want other sheets to update automatically.
Could you Please help me.

Lets say i have four excel sheets in the same workbook.I have the common fields in those four sheets (for eg: First Name is common accross all the sheets .) If I Update the field First Name in any of those Sheets, the other sheets should update.
Pls Help Me.

you need to describe the sheet layout. There are many ways to interpret your sheets
Better still why not create a sample file and explain your issue what you want to do using that sheet as example
You will not be able to upload file in this forum. You need to use some public file share site like speedyshare and post back link TO THE FILE back here.
