Hello,
Try this 1.
1) Place the Windows 7 disc in the drive and boot from it.
When "Press any key to boot from the Windows 7 installation DVD" appears,
press any key to start booting from installation disc.
Note: If you failed to boot from the installation disc then make sure first boot
device is set as DVD Drive in CMOS settings.
2) When the language preference appears, click on Next.
3) When "Install Now" appears --> Click on "Repair your computer" found at the
bottom.
4) Click on "Next" --> Select the option "Use recovery tools that can fix problems
starting Windows" and click on "Next" --> When "System Recovery Options"
appear --> Select the option "Startup Repair".
5) After completion of the process when the laptop restarts then set the first boot
device to "Hard Drive" in the CMOS settings.
Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
First make sure that you are having a working Windows 7 DVD.
Make sure that the first boot device is set to your DVD-Drive. If its set to "Hard drive" then it won't boot to your Windows 7 DVD and goes straight to your "Hard drive" and again you will be getting that error message.
Click on the below hyperlink "Boot Order" and follow the instructions to change it.
Boot Order
Here instead of the "Hard drive" set it to your DVD-Drive.
Good Luck

Hello,

Refer to the given above hyperlink "Boot Order" where can find information about changing the boot order. Or When the Vaio screen appears, at the bottom you can find the corresponding key
which says for example Setup = F2. Press that key, when the Vaio screen appears which takes your to CMOS settings. There look for the option Boot Order or Boot priority and set the first boot device. You can find all the information in the CMOS regarding how to change the options. Save the settings and exit from it.
If you try to install Windows in another Hard Drive using another laptop then you will be getting a blue screen error. Because the configuration that exists in your laptop is different. If you want to install the Windows using another laptop then try to boot from it from your laptop then you need to have the laptop with same configuration.
Good Luck
