Hi Ally,

Try booting the computer into "Safe Mode" and check if the problem happens. Please check the below mentioned link for steps on how to boot to the safe mode:

Hi Ally,

This behavior might be resultant of Trojans or viruses. Now that your anti-virus application has found the Trojans and viruses you should remove them using a good Anti-Virus. What is the result when you try to clean your computer using "Symantec Endpoint Protection"?

Please do write back to us.

Hi Ally,

You need to make certain changes to the "Quarantine Settings" in "Symantec Endpoint Protection". Please check the below mentioned link for steps on "How to Manage Quarantined files."

https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?legacyId=tech106443

Please try the steps in the above link and check if you are able to remove the quarantined files.

Do reply with results.
