Try booting the computer into "Safe Mode" and check if the problem happens. Please check the below mentioned link for steps on how to boot to the safe mode:

Hi! Thanks for the help but it didnt work i tried it and the keyboard was still doIng wierd things like if i type m it types mn67 and for c it does c3 my symantec endpoint is my virus protection thing an it says in quarantine i have trojans and viruses from october last year and january

Hi Ally,
This behavior might be resultant of Trojans or viruses. Now that your anti-virus application has found the Trojans and viruses you should remove them using a good Anti-Virus. What is the result when you try to clean your computer using "Symantec Endpoint Protection"?

You need to make certain changes to the "Quarantine Settings" in "Symantec Endpoint Protection". Please check the below mentioned link for steps on "How to Manage Quarantined files."

Please try the steps in the above link and check if you are able to remove the quarantined files.

Make sure SEP is updated with the latest definitions.
Machine is having latest Microsoft patches and service pack.
Do a full scan of the system in a safe mode.
