Function keys not working please help

hi all i have a problem, i have been doing a software cleanout and was deleting a load of programs and started deleting what i though was bloatware from toshiba, but now my fn keys wont work, the standard F1 F2 and so on work but i cant use the special keys which i constantly use to do many various tasks, does anyone know how to fix it

You will need to download the drivers from Toshiba. This web page might help:
