Hello, Example; column A has names of District Managers, Column B has sales figures, Column C is Ranking 1 through 10, Column D has Food Cost %, Column E has Food Cost Ranking 1 through 10, Column F has Payroll dollars, Column G has Payroll Ranking 1 through 10. It continues with other items hope you get the idea. How do I tell the Ranking Columns how to show each district 1 through 10. Out of 10 District Mgrs. I only want the ranking data to reflect either 1, 2, 3, through 10 based on the Sales, Food Cost and Pay roll dollars. Sorting moves the names and data, I want their names to remain in position and the ranking to show either 3, 2, 8, 9, 4, so they know what place the rank among the other districts.

Excell 2002

Thank you
Johnny
