Hi, I have a Acer Aspire 5733 (DVD Super Multi DL drive) Laptop. It is still new and under warranty. I don't want to take it back to the store, they will send it away for 2 weeks .... The DVD drive shows on my computer, but not reading any disks. Is there a way I can fix this myself. I went to MS Office site and did a fault finding, they found nothing to fix??!!

Please help, thank you
