Some files are deleted by kaspersky antivirus so want it back

Hello,
Try this 1
1) First try disabling your "Antivirus" temporary and check if you are able to
use your PC without any issue.
Since you are using the "Kaspersky Antivirus" make sure that you meets its
recommended RAM requirements.
2) If the problem still exists then
Open the cabinet --> Remove the dust --> Carefully remove the heat sink from
the CPU and clean the CPU Fan--> Remove the old thermal compound from the
CPU and from the heat sink --> Apply a little new thermal compound in the middle
of the CPU and place the heat sink back properly.
Make sure that you have removed the dust from the CPU Fan and Heat sink.
3) Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command.
sfc /scannow --> Press Enter.
Wait for the process to get completed.
