dear
i am using sony laptop, since 5 years. Recently my laptop formatted and then all those softawres are installed but chrome makes problem for me. so many times me trying to reinstall but not yet opened. please help how should i browse in chrome. and you tube videos are not downloading.

Hello,

Try this 1

First let us know the error message that you are getting when trying to open

the Google Chrome.

Also disable your antivirus temporary and check if you are able to open the

Google Chrome and able to access the internet.

Regarding the you tube downloading, click on the below link and download the

application.

https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/6149-youtube-downloader-hd-for-pc/

Try downloading it with the above application.

If the problem still exists then let us know the error message you are getting.
