Hi,
My blackberry phone is not working. It was fully charged and suddenly it stopped working. Now I have been charging the phone for the past 2 hours. After sometime the red light is coming but only if I try to reboot the phone.
Please Help !!!!!!

Are you 100% certain the charger is charging? Do you have another charger to try?
