My printer has been working fine. Today, I tried to copy a document printed only in black...the printer fed out a blank page. To test, I created a MS Word document test, when printed it came out blank. I tried rebooting my computer, and unplugging and the plugging in the printer, no luck. I tried another MS Word document typed in red, it printed. Any suggestions?
