Good Morning,
You must re-install all hardware drivers again. If you rebuilt windows you may have to get the drivers for the hardware. Are you certain that your hardware is compatible with the build of windows you have installed?

You might need to download the hardware driver for the audio chip. One easy was is to download a program called SlimDrivers - it will identify download and install all the drivers you need. Just Google "SlimDrivers" for a download location and be sure to select the FREE version.
