hello!
i recently formatted my pc dell inspiron 5010 and then re installed same win 7 version genuine.
i also installed all the drivers downloaded from the dell site, but the problem is bluetooth is not working. I tried all the bluetooth drivers given in that site, but my pc is not able to detect my phone or any other bluetooth device.
plzz suggest me what to do?

When installing the drivers you must install the drivers in the correct order. Please click here to find the correct order of driver's installation. Please follow the instruction from this tutorial to connect the Bluetooth device.
