I cant play GTA IV in my Laptop

Hello to all..,
I have a Laptop with.
intel core i3
nvidia 2gb graphics
Windows 7
4gb RAM
500 gb HDD
but when i play gta iv , i cant play in good graphics.. It shows , i have only 187 mb graphics.
PLEASE HELP ME................
