Hello,I would want to be assisted by resetting my phone.I tried dialling the *#7370# and it gave me an option of entering my phone lock code of which I have forget.I then tried the 12345 code of which it never worked too.Now my phone needs a format but am failing to do so.Please help me how to outsand the problem.Some uncessary applications are even failing to be removed....look forward to hear from you soon.

We would like to help you, but you must be able prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
