Can't get the Belarc adviser program to install

The file will download to my pc but I can't get it to install or even open,I have well over 100gb of space on hard drive and plenty of memory,I'm running windows 8 64 bit but the program say's it supports that. I have tried to install this from several different sites as well as in administrator mode all to no avail. I know I've tried to download it at least 20 separate times today. I've checked to make sure it didn't download anywhere in pc and it's not there anywhere,I'm at a loss of what else I can do/try to get this to download. Any and all help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi

You should only download from the Belarc site.

Make a search for Belarc using windows search.

If not there, try downloading after disabling your firewall.
