Attempting to follow instructions. Can't access site for dl of active iso! Please help!

What are they and for what purpose?

Is this a pc ? Is this a laptop ? Brand and model? What is your os?

@Ambucias...the link Of How-to (https://ccm.net/faq/4112-ntldr-boot-ini-ntdetect-missing When you get to the step of getting the ISO burner, the link generates three pop ups, and no link to software (not that I will sit through).

Get any ISO burner, there are free ones out there, taliesa. I speak "southern". :) We really like it when you use manners though!

Sorry if I didn't explain fully. As I said in title, I followed instructions to recover my os (laptop winxp) following guide for restoring missing ntldr. as it turned out, I already had a cd burner on the computer I used to generate the winxp recovry console and the 2 missing files. I went through the process as described and it worked up to the end, when it told me I didn't have the permissions to restore the os--or the files--or both. Thanks, T

Admin rights are unlocked. I get to the end of the process , the whole os flashes by as it loads, then finally the program tells me that it can't find the license and therefore won't continue
