Reviews about Repair Shop Director

We purchased this software about a year ago and what a mess it has been dealing with this company. You can't even call it a company as they have no support for ALL of the glitches in their database software and when you do receive a call it is with promised dates for fixes that are NEVER met with follow-through. We are still trying to get a glitch fixed (that is their database fault) and waiting for valuable tax information that has disappeared. Do NOT buy this software or any other from this company!
