Burning to DVD card

I have ImgBurn and just downloaded Ultimate Boot CD (free) which option do I pick to add it to a CD?

You need to Burn from an "image". Which is what the ".iso" file is.

Good looking.I created the CD BUT now computer reads disc BUT tells me to push enter to start boot BUT then does what it's been doin showing Microsoft corporation then goes black with just the arrow showing then resets
