Samsung Tab3 is not connected to PC

I am using Samsung Tab3 from the last 6 months but the problem is that it will not connect to any one of the PC . i will connect through cable it will not connect thats why i will not share any of the photos and videos through samsung tab3 to my laptop.
Is any body faced the same problem earlier pls solve this issue.

Yes i will successfully installed samsung kies.But will not connect through cable to my PC

in settings i did not found PC settings
