open up command prompt and type the following command

convert <driveletterofdrive>: /FS:NTFS

You can format your drive.
And change your drive to NTFS before format it.

Yes, there is this way.
Bare in mind when you do this it will delete everything on the drive.
go to Start > My Computer > right click your drive and select format and change the type to NTFS.

Yes, as PC Jacker puts it, you can formate the card, and choose NTFS. But Fat is better for memory card not NTFS because NTFS would lessen the life of memory card.
