Can't open IE

I can access email, but cannot open or access the internet
Any suggestions

Somerimes malware can change the Ie settings knocking you off the internet. You can try to change the security setting back to the default and look to see if a proxy server has bee added.

Cannot even open internet explorer. I get email ok.
