I have a new problem face my home PC.......when turn off PC,PC turn off but blue color led not off & red color off, monitor off,dose not off power supply ,graphics card,processor
everything on .
PC configuration- processor-2.6GH dual core (2nd generation),ram-4Gb,Main board-Intel DH61ww,Power supply-300wt (Brand), Graphics card- Nvidia Gt620,2GB,Monitor dell 19"
OS-Windows 7,64BIT

What happens if you hold down the power key. After about 30 seconds it should force a shut down.
