You can restore from backup, if you don't have backup, you need to do Android photo recovery with software: http://www.slideshare.net/siuponing/quickly-recover-deleted-photo-from-android

Have any extra copy of these deleted pictures? If you do have one, just copy them back. But, if there is no such copy, you probably need make some efforts to review them again.
Keep this Android phone unused and plunge it to computer with a USB cable. And then, search for a data recovery software to see whether all your phone pictures could be still retrieved. Many similar recovery programs could be found online. Just try some reliable ones, like Recuva, iCare Data Recovery Free, PhotoRec or 4Card Recovery, etc.
After data recovery, also do not save the restored files on the same phone card in case of data recovery failure.
Never be so careless about your phone card data again.
Backing up all important data well could be really useful to avoid similar data loss problems in the future.
