Hello,

still having no luck with reset to factory instructions given for the toshiba satellite ... any additional methods - has no disc drive for reboot

OK, hang in there. Are you familiar with Building an ISO disk on a USB? There is a tool on microsft that will build an OS ISO on a USB stick for reloading your os in case you do not have a drive. Just make certain that your license is valid.
