Network is unplugged when there is no power.Closed

Question

Hello, 

My network connection is unplugged or there is no connection when kept in standby mode or when there is no power and system runs on backup,pls suggest why does it happen.

OK, well thank you for your question.

The LAN Card has NO POWER.  There is nothing to energize the circuits.  What is the problem?

Network is unplugged when there is no power.
