hello..i has a problem about nokia 5130 XM...there is something wrong with it...when i turn on the hp..its screen become white and after that it restart automatically again and again...please help me to solve this problem..

MY best guess is that you have a hardware problem with the phone. Perhaps a local repair shop can help. Otherwise please look to replacing the phone.

there is another way to solve this problem without send it to nokia center...there is any software that can format the phone or solve this problem from occurs again

You can only use the reset procedure if the phone will boot up.

Go Phone settings->Phone>"Restore factory settings" then press ok

Phone code 12345 and press ok again.
