My wifi cannot brows

Hello,
my sys wifi is connect but the connection is on and the torrent filesare download but i cannot brows any thing how to solve the problem

Hello,

can you go to start > control panel > internet options

Click the connection tab and go to LAN settings. Ensure only Automatically detect is set.

Press OK and go to the advanced tab, select reset settings and try again.
