Dear sir,

I am used Lava A16 MTV mobile phone from last 2 years but now there is problem with Internet settings. So please send me the lava restore factory settings code to reset my mobile.

Try this:

Go to Setttings > reset factory settings> 4321> ok...

it will format itself and restart. hope this helps.
