Try this 1
The drivers for your DVD-Drive will be installed automatically. First you need
to make sure that is detected and working properly. If it failed to get detected
then check the connections and make sure that its getting detected in BIOS.
Try changing the Data Cable \ Molex Power Connector. If it's a PATA Drive and
you have used the same data cable for both (Hard drive and DVD drive) then
make sure that you set hard drive as master and the other as slave using the
jumper settings. You can find the instructions regarding changing it to
Master\Slave on your drive itself.
