Am having trouble getting my e-mail messages out. I keep getting the message that windows is not working, try later .

OK, try this. Run a virus scan. It sounds like a virus. Is there any other problems? When does it say this? Take a screen shot ([print screen] key),and paste into paint. Save the picture. Then upload it here, please.
