There are two ways :-
1. Just insert your pen drive.
If its detected you will see it as Removable disk (E), (G), (H) ...etc
then right click on it, on the drop down menu select format
a new formatting window will appear then just select start and wait until it finishes.
2. If the above doesn't work right click on my computer then select manage from the drop down menu after this a new window will open.
on the new window from the the left side select disk management.
it will show you all the the disks on your computer then right click on your pen drive select format. that's it enjoy.
