My CD/DVD were taking But not reading

Hai,
My name Fazal Umer,I want be a Right answer from you.I think that may can be answer you all

In my Laptop (Dell) CD Drive were taking my CD But it dosen't Read.
When I load CD I can see that CD Were inserted But when I open there were nothing Inside
They nothing warn to me
So please Help me fast

Hello,

Check that you have installed the proper driver for it and that the lens is perfectly clean.
