Maybe you had this malware and your antivirus deleted the LOVERAHULSAS.vbs file but it didn't remove it from the registry. So you need to open the registry and find "LOVERAHULSAS.vbs". Wherever you find it just clear it.
You will find one in Userinit, just edit it and remove only the entry which is c:\windows\system32\LOVERAHULSAS.vbs.
Then i think the message should not come.
