Blackberry desktop manager

i have been trying to download a blackberry desktop manager to my PC but a get a prompt that it is downloaded yet i dont see it either on my desktop as a short cut or in my Downloads. what do i do please?

check your browser settings to look at where it's set to download.

it could be that your antivirus program is quarantining it.

if you can "Save As" and specify where you save it to, you'll know if it's disappearing.
