Computer play slow motion

Hi guys can you please help me , I install windows vista ultimate 32 bit on my computer when I play movies it plays slow even on the screen when you when you opening application and scroll down it scroll by slow motion . There is any drivers that I need to install ? If so can anyone send me a link where I can download it.
My computer name is GIGABYTE
operating system is WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE
CPU I PENTIUM 4 2.00 GHZ
MY RAM IS 1 G

You probably need at least 2 GB of RAM

xpxman, again, is correct. 2gb ram, nowadays, is a minimum.

Enable hardware acceleration might help.
