Hi there,

Do you hear the "beep" sound from the motherboard at start up? Can you confirm that monitor is working properly? You may be facing some cable issue, please check that too. I believe that the green light is showing that the power connection has been established, so it really is a good sign.

Hope this helps

Sadly, if you can not hear a sound from the motherboard, it may be damaged. It may be getting enough power to spin up fans, but there may be an issue that prevents its normal functionality. I recommend you to consult a technician.
