mp4 vedio player mobile not ply mp4and avi vi Closed

                  sir 
                        i have purchessed sigmatel s9 mobile which support mp4 and avi formate video play.
                               but its not playing these formate video files it showes that invalid video formate .
                         its only playing 3ggp formate . show whats the problem.
                              does it need mp4 video player .how can i play thes file in my mobile

hi,
check if you have got any software CD for the phone when you bought it.
this software should be able to convert the files in a format which the phone can play.

what r rthe formats that will support by c-tel (indian mobile) it has features of playing both mp3 and mp4 but mp4 is not playing in tat if u got the answer please send the formats to my mail id (chaituulike@gmail.com)
