hi everyone. my first time on this site so forgive me in advance for any errors.
my problem is that my laptop wont charge but works but it works on a/c it says plugged in but not charging, can anyone help please.

Looks like you have a hardware failure of the charging circuit. You might need to replace the motherboard.
