i have a D845WN Desktop Board.I'll connect to power.Board light turn on.cpu fan is working.No Beep Sounds.Display Power light green & blinking.How to I resolve it.

See if you've correctly inserted the memory sticks. Also, remote the CMOS battery and plug it back again.
